Product Description
The integrated control system of the rapier loom is a loom control system product that uses an industrial computer as the control core, consisting of control box, main control board, power interface board, power system, interpersonal interface, photoelectric encoder, indicator light column and other components. Equipped with electronic warp delivery, electronic coiling, electronic multi arm, and electronic color selection functions. The product adopts a 5.7-inch LCD screen, which displays the working status of the loom in real-time, including the angle, speed, output, and parking status. The system is designed reasonably, with a user-friendly interface, advanced technology, complete functions, reasonable structure, good stability, and high control accuracy.

Function Introduction
1. Setting and adjusting the working parameters and angles of the loom;
2. Automatic positioning parking for warp stop, weft stop, and weft storage parking, with automatic leveling function and protective parking function in case of failure;
3. Automatic weft finding and manual forward and reverse weft finding for broken weft;
4. Independently adjust the weft detection sensitivity and double weft detection function;
5. Support electronic multi arm and large jacquard;
6. Equipped with automatic fabric dropping function;
7. Production data management and display of fault alarm signals.

Applicable scope
The loom controller can be used as a supporting control equipment for various multi arm looms and rapier looms, as well as for updating and upgrading the control system of second-hand imported looms.
