Wumu WMF series electronic jacquard machine

       In recent years, although the textile industry has encountered bottlenecks in the market, the technical requirements of various textile enterprises have only increased and not decreased. The requirements for speed and efficiency are gradually increasing. Due to the continuous emergence of new high-speed looms, jacquard machines also need to make corresponding changes to meet the needs of technology and market.

       At the China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA Asia Exhibition in June 2014, Hangzhou Wumu Technology Co., Ltd. focused on launching the WMF series electronic jacquard machines (specific parameters can be found in the appendix). This jacquard machine is a high-performance electronic jacquard machine developed specifically for high-speed weaving machines. It adopts a self-made high-performance solenoid valve, which has better reliability and longer lifespan. By utilizing multiple patented technologies of the company and building upon years of mature technology, the mechanical transmission system of electronic jacquard machines has been improved, resulting in increased load capacity, reduced noise, and improved reliability. Simultaneously adopting a needle position arrangement of 24 needles before and after, making maintenance more convenient. This machine can be used in conjunction with various edge burning machines, trademark machines, and rapier looms to produce various types of jacquard fabrics such as trademarks, ties, towels, brocade, silk, decorative fabrics, sandbags, and hotel supplies.
